HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?

To return your products, follow these steps to fold and pack them correctly:

1. Identify the Items:

Gather all the products you want to return.

Check the stickers on the plastic pouches and the hangtags attached to the clothes.

Match each item to its correct plastic pouch by comparing the stickers with the tags.

2. Fold the Clothes:

Smooth out any wrinkles.

Fold the sleeves towards the center of the item (for shirts, tops, or jackets).

Fold the item in half or thirds, depending on its size, to make it compact.

For pants, fold them in three lengthwise

3. Pack the Items:

Place each folded item into its corresponding plastic pouch.

Ensure that the pouch is sealed securely.

4. Final Check:

Double-check that each item is in the correct pouch by verifying the stickers and hangtags again.

Make sure all pouches are properly sealed to protect the items during transit.

5. Prepare for Shipping:

Once all items are packed, place them in the return box. Attach the return label on the box



We offer free returns in all EU countries

Any unwanted product must be returned within 14 days from the moment your Squatproof order is delivered.

WHAT ITEMS CAN I RETURN?

We get it - sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want to return or exchange. As long as item(s) are still in their original condition, you can return these within 14 days.

In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return.

Please note that returns registered separately can't be returned in one package, even if they are from the same order. Combining the returns into the same package will slow down the refund process, so please package separately!

Please retain any proof of return postage receipts as we may need to view these as part of your return.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

Unfortunately we do not offer direct exchanges at the moment.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

This can depend on how long it takes your chosen returns courier to get the items back to us before being processed for a return at our warehouse.

  • We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
  • For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
  • Refunds will be actioned as soon as possible from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse. Please note it can take up to an additional 5 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.

The order can't be cancelled, however you can return the items once delivered.

I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REFUND

Sent back your return but still waiting on your refund? We know, it sucks! This can be due to a few different reasons...

Depending on the country you're from & the returns courier you choose when returning your item(s), delivery times back to our warehouse can vary from a few days to approx 10-15 days.

We'd advise checking your return tracking, (if the courier you chose to return your items with provided one) and look out for an update that states it's been 'Returned', 'Delivered', 'Returned To Warehouse' or similar. This means the item(s) is back at the warehouse and will be checked and scanned by our team within 7 days. Sit tight, and we'll be in touch via email once the return has been processed to confirm your refund.

Once processed, your refund can take 5 days to appear in your account, once released by your bank.

If you feel unsure and want to be in contact with us, please include in your message:

  1. Proof of return postage (e.g a photo of your receipt)
  2. Your order number (e.g #123456)

A member of the team will then get back to you as soon as we can!

FAULTY ITEMS?

We're sorry to hear you've received a faulty item!

Please send our Customer Support Team the following info:

  • Your Order Number (e.g 123456)
  • Item Name
  • Photos that show:

1. The fault as clearly as possible

2. Full-length photo of the item

3. The Squatproof logo and label

Don't worry about sending your faulty item back to us, just keep hold of it until you've been in touch.

ALL CLAIMS FOR ORDERS ARRIVING WITH DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE.
